Our potteries are lead, cadmium free and is perfectly safe to use.
These hand-glazed studio pottery pieces are double-fired . This sometimes brings out different colours of the dye used which is natural and unique for handmade potteries.
Wash in warm water with mild detergents; Refrain from using abrasive material or harsh cleaning agents.
Dry with a soft dishcloth or sponge.

How Long will I take for my order to be processed and delivered ?
Your order will take 1-2 business days to process/make because we do not mass produce. It will take another 2-5 business days to be delivered, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking number on your registered email and on WhatsApp once your order is shipped. In case of customer orders, we will take a minimum of 1 week to process and dispatch.

How much would the shipping cost me ?
We offer free domestic shipping for all orders above INR 6000 in India.
Rest of all the orders will be charged INR 100 to 150 depending on your pin code.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
What if I would like something in a different material?

I'm ordering a present - do you gift wrap?
All Earth Elements products come in a sturdy box which is also beautiful as a gift. But if you would want to pick an additional gifting option, please mention it in your order( this might be chargeable.)
