Shipping

All orders are shipped from our studio using courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery and ST Courrier.

Usually the dispatches happen within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends) on most of the orders (except custom-made items). If you need it urgently, please send us an email along with your order details or WhatsApp us +91-9043540365. Shipping usually happens within 3 to 5 days post the dispatch, depending on your pin code and weather conditions.

 All our jewellery is packed in a pouch along with a rigid box and are sent across in eco friendly packaging either in an envelope or a box depending on the size of the products.

Bigger items like incense mix, crystals and home improvement items will be ent in cardboard boxes with proper packaging.

All orders over INR 6000 are delivered free using the above mentioned courrier services. Unfortunately at this moment there is no option of you choosing the courrier services that we use. But, if you do feel that some of the courrier companies don’t deliver to your address, please do WhatsApp or email us. A standard charge of INR 100 to INR 120 will be charged of all orders below INR 6000.
