Our jewellery is quite delicate because they are handcrafted hence please handle them mindfully.The 18k gold micro plating on brass is tarnish resistant. However plating of ant sort is vulnerable to chemicals. The brass used is free of lead, cadmium and nickel and hence hypo - allergic.

If the jewellery comes in contact with chemicals, wash them immediately under cold water and pat dry with a soft cloth. When not in use, please store it in the pouch provided.Chemicals also include soap, hand wash, perfume, body mist and body wash.

How Long will I take for my order to be processed and delivered ?

Your order will take 1-2 business days to process/make because we do not mass produce. It will take another 2-5 business days to be delivered, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking number on your registered email and on WhatsApp once your order is shipped. In case of customer orders, we will take a minimum of 1 week to process and dispatch.

How much would the shipping cost me ?

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders above INR 6000 in India.
Rest of all the orders will be charged INR 100 to 150 depending on your pin code.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

What if I would like something in a different material?

I'm ordering a present - do you gift wrap?

All Earth Elements products come in a sturdy box which is also beautiful as a gift. But if you would want to pick an additional gifting option, please mention it in your order( this might be chargeable.)

All our crystal jewellery is handcrafted with authentic semi precious crystals. Some of the pieces that you receive might not be similar to the one you see on the picture. This is very evident in raw chips and raw crystal pendants, charms, bracelets and neckpieces. There might also be colour variations which is completely in sync with the properties of any natural crystal.

Crystals should not be used as substitutes for modern medicines of any genre. Holistic energy is different from physical wellness. You can use crystals to compliment any treatment and medication that has been subscribed by your physician.Please do not treat crystals as an alternate therapy.
